It’s almost back to school time, and many children in our local schools won’t have the basic supplies needed for a successful start to the school year. Our church is part of the East Ramapo community, where the need is especially great. Once again this year, we’re collecting school supplies for families at Summit Park Elementary School–our local school serving grades K-3. Purchase the items listed below, and bring them to church by August 24th (the last Sunday of the month). Not able to shop? Cash donations are welcome, and we’ll do the shopping for you. Approximate cost is $40, but any amount is welcome.
