We are partnering with the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Rockland for our Summer Solstice Labyrinth Walk on Friday, June 20th, in New Hempstead’s Murchison Hall, at 8pm. The event is free, and all are welcome!
The labyrinth is not a maze. It is a pathway that creates a sacred time and space for us to look within, pray, meditate, and reflect. The meanders and rhythmic turnings serve to clear the mind, relax the body, and refresh the spirit.
Information will be provided about the history of labyrinths and how they have been used as a spiritual discipline for centuries. Join us!
