It’s almost back-to-school time, and many children in our local schools won’t have the basic supplies needed to start the year off right. Our church is part of the East Ramapo community, where the need is especially great. We’re collecting school supplies, with a focus on Grades K-3, to help meet the need at Summit Park Elementary–our neighborhood school.

Purchase the following items and bring them to church by August 27th. If you are still looking to donate, please contact Laura Bidon directly. Not able to shop? Donate $20, indicating it’s for school supplies, and we’ll do the shopping for you.

Shopping List: New Backpacks (appropriate for grades K-3); Pencils; Crayola Crayons (24-box count); Crayola Washable Markers; Glue Sticks; Child Scissors (blunt edge); Marble Composition Notebooks.
